Lanterns and magic mirrors
This quest belongs to an NPC, whom you must be on the same place as to complete.
To complete all a quest all you have to do is on the same plane, then click Quests tab, click the quest, click complete.
You must have the required items, currencies and/or faction points needed.

Before Completion Text
The chanting stops. The mirror does not react. Nothing happens.
“Ooooooohoooohooooo,” she laughs.
“That didn’t work, child. Hmm. We may need something else.”
You ask her what she’s trying to do.
“I am trying to transmute this mirror into one that is The Emerald Mirror. Basically, replace the one The Dungeon Master has with this old thing—but as a fake. A swap, if you will. Alas, something is blocking me.”
You wonder if it has to do with the Emerald Chain Bracelet.
“Perhaps,” she states, thinking.
“Perhaps you are right. As a result, we will need something to break that spell.”
She paces back and forth, deep in thought. Then she stops, swings around with a giant smile, and states:
“The lantern! You told me about a child who had you go fetch their lantern that made them invisible. I know there has to be a way to manipulate that magic.”
You tell her you can’t get it because the child you gave it to was fleeing from The Church.
“Sigh, child. Do you not know by now that The Church—The Federation—is all in the past? Go get me that lantern!”
