In Tlessa, players can gain Unique items from a verity of sources. The most common is Factions and Faction Loyalty.

You may also see them refereed to as Legendary Items, they share the same name.

Players can also get them from Weekly Fights and of course Events.

To the right or bottom for mobile, you can see what a Unique item looks like. These are green items that appear I your inventory and much like Mythical items and Cosmic items, you may only equip ONE of them at a time.

Unique items are beneficial to new players, as they give you a starting boost in your stats – they are randomly generated much like Mythical items and Cosmic items and can be re-rolled at The Queen of Hearts who lives in Hell.
