Planes of Tlessa

Batch crafting: alchemy and holy oils

There are two aspects to Alchemy: alchemical items that boost stats, damage kingdoms, and even create Holy Oils. Holy Oils can then be batch-applied to your items.

Batch Alchemy and Holy Oils can only be used if you have access to Alchemy, which must be unlocked by completing a one-off quest called “I Dream of Alchemy.” This quest can be completed on the Surface plane.

To the right, or below on mobile, you can see that this player does not have Alchemy unlocked, so they cannot use Batch Crafting: Alchemy or Holy Oils.

Much like the other forms of Batch Crafting, you can craft for experience or craft a specific number of items. For Holy Oils, you can select a set of items to apply them to or select individual items from your inventory.

Batch Alchemy

Batch Alchemy comes in two forms: For Experience and For an Amount.

Once you have maxed out your Alchemy skill, you will only be able to craft a specific amount.

All Alchemy items go into your Alchemy Bag. They do not go into the Crafted Items set.

Alchemy requires Shards and Gold Dust. This can become expensive quickly, so Batch Crafting for experience may require you to farm more currency before attempting it.

Let us discuss crafting for experience first.

When we have access to Batch Alchemy and select it, we will see a form like the one shown to the right, or below on mobile.

Here, we can see the available Alchemy options: For an Amount or, in this case, For Experience.

When we select For Experience, we can see the available options for what should be done with the Alchemy items we craft.

Again, please remember that Alchemy items are placed in your Alchemy Bag, which has a limit of 150 items.

When we start crafting for experience, a panel will appear, which you can see to the right, or below on mobile. This panel will detail your experience, success and failure rates, and provide information about the items you craft.

Now, let us discuss crafting a specific amount. Everything discussed above still applies, but you can now select what you want to craft and how many you want. You can see this to the right, or below on mobile.

When Batch Crafting begins, a similar panel will appear. You can see this to the right, or below on mobile.

Batch Holy Oils

Batch Holy Oils allows you to apply oils to your gear, which provide additional stat bonuses. You can read more about Holy Oils here.

Holy Oils are a form of Alchemy that can be applied to either individual items or a specified set.

Here, we can see the Holy Oils form. Let us go through it together. You can see the form to the right, or below on mobile.

As we scroll down, we can see the items and the number of stacks that will be applied to them based on the selected oils. In this case, I selected a set of items and have enough oils to apply them to almost three items.

Once we select the oils we want to apply and choose either a set or individual items, we can begin Batch Crafting. This will open the panel shown to the right, or below on mobile.
