The Key Maker
This quest belongs to an NPC, whom you must be on the same place as to complete.
To complete all a quest all you have to do is on the same plane, then click Quests tab, click the quest, click complete.
You must have the required items, currencies and/or faction points needed.

Before Completion Text
You and The Candle Maker approach the one man who might be able to forge the key. The Key Maker.
An old, ramshackle hut covered in keys, inside and out. He stands in the back, shaping new ones. He looks up as you enter.
“You seek something, child. Alas, I am unable to make the key you ask for.”
You are stunned. The Candle Maker shakes his head and starts to walk away.
“Unless…” the Key Maker says.
Both of you stop and turn.
“I will need cosmic dust and a very precise description of the key. Even then, I may not succeed. This breaks many laws, and the wrath of Axerixious is not something to be taken lightly.”
You agree. Any price.
“Any price?” the Key Maker says. “Even if you do not pay it yourself? We shall see. You will find the dust on a ship that will not sink.”
The Candle Maker looks to you. “I will stay here and give him the most accurate description I can, based on my studies.”
You agree and set out.
