Deprive the enemies of their blood as you steal it from them. This is a life stealing enchantment. If you are a vampire these have a chance to fire twice based on your class bonus. If you are not a vampire, these will fire once - at the end of the enemy round assuming you or them are not dead. Vampires have a chance for this to fire as part of their attack and after their enemies attack. These only stack if you are a vampire, other wise its your best one.

These Affixes can and cannot stack. If you are a vampire they will stack and you have a chance for them to fire twice. The first time they can fire is during the attack and the second time is after the enemies round if you or the enemy is still alive.
The chance aspect depends on the enemies affix resistance, assuming you do not have the appropriate quest item.
If you are not a vampire, these affixes will NOT stack. Instead we will use your highest and it will only fire after the enemy attack.
