To complete all a quest all you have to do is on the same plane, then click Quests tab, click the quest, click complete.

Before Completion Text
You see the mysterious robed man again. As you approach, he turns to face you once more. Alas, you freeze and become apprehensive after the last time.
This time, he has his hood drawn up, concealing his face. He proceeds towards you, and you attempt to back away but can't. It's the same transfixed feeling, the same trapped sensation you can't escape.
He says nothing this time. He does not remove his hood. No matter how close you get, you can't see beyond the shadows of his hood.
He reaches out his hand. What does he want? The map?
