Alcoholics are a mix between Blacksmith (heavy drinkers) and Fighters (also heavy drinkers).

Alcoholics suffer a 25% damage reduction when using any form of weapon and a 50% reduction when using spells (damage or healing). The reason: You are far too drunk half the time to properly use these.

Alcoholics when attacking with their fists will do an extra 25% of their core damage stat for damage.

Alcoholics class specials focus mostly on raising your health for your special attack, but also focus secondarily on damage stat followed by raw damage.

Alcoholics have a special attack: Bloody Puke. You'll deal 30% of your health to the enemy, but also suffer 15% damage, vomiting blood is not a good thing. For this reason, you will want to make sure you have heavy durability focused gear, two shields and enchantments.

It is also wise to enchant a few life stealing enchantments on your gear to help recover the lost health from your speciality.
