Dried up Enchanted Holy Ink
Details
This old ink was used to write enchantments on candles back when the Church was still a thing through out Tlessa, fanatical bunch if you ask me. They created these types of enchanted "Holy Inks" that only the elite could get their hands on. The Candle Maker might be able to make use of this.

Info
These quest items help players to gain levels faster. However, there are two aspects to them:
- How much of a boost % wise.
- Does it ignore caps?
As most players know, there are three types of caps in this game when it comes to leveling: Soft (you get 50% of the remaining XP), Medium (You get 25% of the remaining XP) and Hard (You get 10% of the remaining XP) Cap. Soft cap starts at 1/2 the way to your max level, medium is 75% of the way and Hard is the last ten levels. If a quest item states it ignores caps, you will get all the XP + the bonus AFTER any relevant skill training deductions - regardless of level.
If it does not say it ignores caps, You will NOT get the bonus once you hit soft cap which is 500 for those without the Sash of the Heavens, or half the current max level cap. At which point you will no longer get the XP bonus.
